If you forget your password, it can be reset online using Accor’s official password recovery page.
Password reset steps
- Go to the Accor password reset page: https://secure.accor.com
- Enter the email address linked to your membership, then select Continue
- Select forgot password?
- Enter your email address again and select Validate
- You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password
