Changes and amendments
Changes to a booking are subject to availability and the supplier’s terms and conditions. Some bookings may not be eligible for changes once confirmed. Amendment fees, supplier charges, and costs for reissued documents or name corrections may apply.
Cancellations
Cancellation fees can be up to the full value of the booking. The amount charged will depend on the supplier’s terms and how close to departure the cancellation is made.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed once funds have been received back from the supplier. Some bookings may be non-refundable. Government fees, taxes, and other charges may also be non-refundable. If you do not cancel your booking and fail to check in, the full booking value may be forfeited.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It may help cover cancellation and amendment fees, overseas medical expenses, and unexpected travel disruptions.
